We hope you love your SERENAMOUR pieces as much as we do. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Non-Faulty Items (Change of Mind or Incorrect Size)
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size purchases. However, eligible items may be returned for an exchange (subject to availability) or store credit, valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
• Include all original tags and packaging.
Before returning your item, please contact us at info@serenamour.com.au so we can provide the return address and further instructions.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your exchange or issue your store credit.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos and a description of the issue.
Once assessed, we will provide a suitable resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges and change-of-mind returns unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.
As each SERENAMOUR piece is handcrafted, slight variations in colour, weave, size, and finish are part of the artisanal nature of the product and are not considered faults.
